Description
Soggy soles, fragile frogs, or early signs of rot?
Our Hoof Purifying Clay is applied directly to the underside of the hoof (on the frog, sole, and heels) and can also be used on the coronary band or outer wall for cracks.
Its fluid texture forms a protective film that helps regulate moisture while promoting healthier, stronger, and purified horn.
With regular use, it purifies, cleanses, and helps maintain an environment unfavorable to microbial development, while supporting the hoof's natural balance.
Recommended in wet conditions or when the horn is weakened, it effectively aids recovery after an abscess, seedy toe, or deep crack, by supporting the hoof's natural restoration process.
Instructions for use
1. Clean the hoof beforehand if necessary, ensuring that the areas to be treated are thoroughly cleared.
2. Shake the bottle to obtain a homogeneous texture.
3. Apply the liquid paste with the integrated brush to the desired area, focusing on deep cavities.
Application frequency
Intensive application
Daily application may be necessary during critical periods or when signs of moisture are pronounced.
Maintenance application
Application every two to three days is usually sufficient to maintain good balance under the hoof.
Complementary care routine
This treatment can be alternated with an ointment or oil adapted to the season (dry hooves or wet hooves).
In cases of damaged frog, recent abscesses, or flared walls, combining it with Damaged Frog Clay allows for more targeted support.
