Our Repairing Clay offers a gentle and targeted action, designed to support the natural processes of skin regeneration.
Ready to use, its creamy texture facilitates application, even on mobile or hard-to-reach areas. It forms a protective poultice that isolates the area, absorbs excess moisture, soothes skin discomfort and promotes recovery.
Applied in a thick layer, it is particularly suitable for weakened areas, prone to oozing or slight swelling.
Regular use helps maintain healthy, dry and clean skin, even in humid conditions or soiled environments.

Instructions for use

1. Apply an even layer of poultice to the desired area, smoothing in the direction of the hair.

2. Let it air dry, uncovered, unless specifically instructed otherwise.

3. Once dry, remove the poultice with a soft brush or rinse with clean water if necessary.

If applying under a cover or bandages, always opt for natural and breathable textiles (such as cotton) so as not to hinder the absorbent and decongestant action of the clay.

Frequency of application

Targeted application or during sensitive phases
Apply once or twice a day, depending on the needs and reactivity of the affected area. The duration of use depends on the skin's progress and the comfort observed in the horse.

Skin maintenance or preventive action
Outside of sensitive phases, an application every two to three days is generally sufficient to maintain skin balance and limit the effects of humidity or friction.

Complementary care routine
This clay can be used in synergy with our other care products to enhance skin protection and maintenance:

• Repairing Balm: to soothe and promote skin regeneration.

• Pastern Balm for damaged pasterns: for areas prone to scabs or persistent moisture.

• Sunscreen Balm: to protect areas exposed to UV or sensitive to photosensitization.

Once the skin is soothed and restored, without residual scabs, the Hair regrowth gel can be used as a follow-up to support natural and even hair regrowth.

Illite clay
Known for its strong absorption capacity, it captures moisture, secretions and impurities while respecting the skin's natural balance.

Kaolinite clay
Soft and non-abrasive, it purifies without irritating and adds suppleness to the texture. It is ideal for sensitive or reactive areas.

Montmorillonite clay
Balancing, it helps maintain a healthy and stable skin environment, especially in cases of persistent oozing or imbalances.

Zinc oxide (without nanoparticles)
Known for its protective effect, it forms a light film on the skin's surface, limiting external aggressions and promoting comfort in weakened areas.

Patchouli essential oil
Purifying and soothing, it helps maintain good local hygiene and preserve skin balance.

Green Myrtle essential oil
Toning and refreshing, it supports the cleanliness and vitality of the affected areas.
