When moisture sets in, the hoof becomes fragile. Designed to meet the demands of humid environments, our Wet Hoof Ointment forms a durable protective barrier that helps preserve hoof quality. Its rich, adhesive texture allows for targeted application to exposed areas: sole, wall, bulbs, or coronary band. Applied regularly, it supports the hoof's natural resistance, limits softening, and deeply nourishes. Ideal for horses in waterlogged pastures, muddy ground, or stalls with damp bedding.

This treatment is available in two colors: natural or black. The black version, enriched with activated charcoal, enhances protection against moisture while providing an intense black hue.

Instructions for Use

1. Clean the hoof thoroughly if necessary, removing any dirt or residue.

2. Using a brush, apply the ointment to the top and bottom of the hoof.

3. Pay particular attention to the periople.

Application Frequency

Application in prolonged wet conditions
Up to daily application if needed, depending on hoof sensitivity and exposure conditions.

Maintenance in moderate wet periods
Applying every two to three days helps maintain hoof quality and foot balance over time.

Complementary care routine
Wet Hoof Ointment can be alternated with Hoof cleansing clay for comprehensive support, especially during wet periods.

In cases of very fragile hooves, Damaged Hoof Oil is recommended as a first step, before establishing a suitable maintenance program.

Shea Butter
Rich and nourishing, shea butter offers deep hydration, particularly beneficial for hooves exposed to moisture or climatic variations. It helps preserve hoof flexibility while forming a protective barrier against external aggressions.

Candelilla Wax
Of plant origin, candelilla wax provides consistency and adherence to the formula. It improves the resistance of the treatment on exposed areas and strengthens the natural barrier function of the ointment.

Grape Seed Vegetable Oil
Naturally rich in antioxidants and essential fatty acids, this oil helps maintain hoof flexibility and vitality. It facilitates the penetration of active ingredients while respecting the foot's balance.

Nigella Seed Vegetable Oil
Known for its purifying and soothing properties, nigella oil helps preserve hoof hygiene and maintain a healthy and balanced environment.

Java Citronella Essential Oil
Appreciated for its purifying properties, it contributes to foot cleansing, particularly useful in wet conditions.

Tea Tree Essential Oil
Known for its antimicrobial properties, it supports the hoof's natural defenses and helps prevent imbalances related to moisture or microorganisms.

Rose Geranium Essential Oil
