Summer rides, days in the pasture, or training sessions are much more enjoyable without the annoyance caused by insects.
Our Natural Repellent forms an immediate and effective olfactory barrier against flies, horseflies, mosquitoes, midges, ticks, and fleas.
Its fine, light mist allows for quick, even, and comprehensive application, ideal for treating large body areas while respecting sensitive skin.
With no greasy film or sticky residue, it is suitable for all coat types, even light-colored ones.
Versatile, it can also be used to support skin comfort, especially for horses prone to seasonal discomfort or bite reactions.
Efficacy varies depending on the environment, but generally lasts between 4 and 10 hours depending on exposure conditions (heat, humidity, perspiration, intensity of work).

Instructions for use

1. Shake the refill thoroughly before transferring to homogenize the natural ingredients.
   
   
2. Then pour the product into your clean original sprayer. Remember to shake the bottle before each use.
   
   
3. Spray at a short distance, evenly on the affected areas, avoiding contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

Application frequency

During periods of intense exposure
During peak insect activity or in cases of significant discomfort, the treatment can be applied up to one to three times a day, depending on external conditions (heat, humidity, wind) and the horse's individual sensitivity.
This increased frequency helps maintain effective and continuous protection.

For maintenance or prolonged comfort
Outside of critical periods, one application every two to three days is usually sufficient to maintain lasting comfort, particularly in moderately exposed environments.

Complementary care routine
For optimal effectiveness, this repellent can be used in synergy with the Repellent Oil and the Repellent Shampoo from the same range.
Their combination provides a reinforced barrier effect while respecting skin balance.
In parallel, Natural Clay can be applied to the most sensitive areas to create additional mechanical protection against insects, ideal for prolonged exposure.

Detailed composition

Hydrated and cyclized Java citronella extract
Naturally rich in volatile aromatic compounds, this extract (without essential oil) is a modified form of Java citronella, selected for its sensory effectiveness and skin tolerance. Classified as biocide TP19 according to European regulations, it helps repel many insects. Its hydrated and cyclized version improves formula stability and allows for repeated, safe, and skin-friendly use.

Emulsifier derived from sugars and vegetable oils
Of natural origin, this emulsifier promotes the homogeneous dispersion of active ingredients in the aqueous phase, ensuring a fine, stable, and pleasant-to-apply mist. It also provides a soft, light texture, without a sticky effect or greasy film on the coat.

Acacia gum from Senegal
Valued for its film-forming and stabilizing properties, acacia gum contributes to better adhesion of active ingredients to the hair and limits their premature evaporation, thus optimizing the duration of action of the treatment.

Xanthan gum
A natural thickener, it stabilizes the texture while maintaining a fluid and homogeneous spray. It provides comfort and practicality for daily use.

Precautions for use

Biocidal product TP19 for horses and dogs.
External use only. Do not ingest. Use sparingly: a small amount is sufficient for optimal application.
Close tightly after each use.
Store at room temperature, in a dry place, away from heat and frost.
Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of splashing, rinse thoroughly with clear water for several minutes.
Contains hydrated and cyclized Java citronella: a natural ingredient that can be sensitizing.
It is recommended to perform a skin tolerance test on a small area before any extensive application.
