After a turnout in the pasture or an outdoor session, there's nothing like a cleansing treatment that combines cleanliness, well-being, and natural protection.
Our Repellent Shampoo gently cleans the coat and mane, while leaving a pleasant feeling of freshness.
Its synergy of naturally derived active ingredients forms an olfactory barrier that helps limit the horse's attractiveness to flying or crawling insects such as flies, mosquitoes, horseflies, ticks, lice, or fleas.
Usable on the entire body, including mane areas, it easily integrates into a summer grooming routine. Suitable for regular use, it is applied to the entire body, including mane areas, and ideally integrates into a summer grooming routine.
After rinsing, it can be combined with our Repellent Oil or our Repellent to reinforce and prolong the olfactory barrier.

Application frequency
During periods of high insect exposure
The shampoo can be used several times a week, especially after a turnout in the pasture or an outdoor training session.
It helps remove residues (sweat, dust, impurities, insect traces) while preserving cleanliness, comfort, and skin balance.
As part of a maintenance routine
Washing every 7 to 10 days is usually sufficient to maintain regular hygiene and prolong the freshness and protective olfactory barrier left on the coat.
Complementary care routine
This treatment integrates perfectly into a routine combining Repellent Oil and Repellent. By combining these treatments, you strengthen the natural olfactory protection and effectively target the areas most exposed to flying and crawling insects.
Detailed composition
Gentle cleansing base
Forms the cleansing support of the formula. Selected for its high skin tolerance, it effectively removes impurities, dust, sweat, and residues from the coat and mane, while respecting the skin's natural hydrolipidic film.
Rapeseed vegetable oil
Naturally emollient, it helps preserve the suppleness and comfort of the skin while providing shine and softness to the coat and mane. It limits dryness related to repeated washing and improves the overall texture of the coat.
Vegetable glycerin from coconut oil
Recognized for its moisturizing and protective properties, this active ingredient helps maintain the skin's natural hydration, facilitates detangling, and leaves a lasting feeling of softness after rinsing.
Hydrated and cyclized Java citronella oil
Modified plant-derived ingredient (not classified as an essential oil), referenced as a TP19 repellent biocide. Its hydrated and cyclized form improves its stability and skin tolerance. Incorporated into the cleansing base, it deposits a temporary fragrant film, creating a natural olfactory barrier that is inconvenient for insects.
INCI: Aqua, Sodium Chloride, PEG-4 Rapeseedamide, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Glycine, Citric Acid, Parfum, Phenoxyethanol, Benzoic Acid, Dehydroacetic Acid, Cymbopogon winterianus oil, fractionated, hydrated cyclized
